(c) A schoolbus transporting any school pupil.
(d) A farm labor vehicle when transporting passengers.
(e) A vehicle transporting explosives.
(f) A trailer bus, as defined in Section 636.
California Vehicle Code Section 22107 – Improper Lane Changes

California Vehicle Code Section 21703 – Following Too Closely
The driver of a motor vehicle shall not follow another vehicle more closely than is reasonable and prudent, having due regard for the speed of such vehicle and the traffic upon, and the condition of, the roadway.
California Vehicle Code Section 23123 – Distracted Driving

It’s okay, we can help! No Points. No Court. No Lawyers.
To help commercial drivers and the companies that employ them, GetDismissed California Traffic Ticket Fighters has developed a CDL ticket dismissal program that identifies the most common traffic tickets that commercial drivers receive and allows them to fight the ticket without going to court.
When you receive a traffic ticket, all you need to do is select the type of ticket you have and answer a few other questions about the ticket, along with uploading a picture of your traffic ticket and driver’s license. Our process will then provide you with your completed defense package to print, sign, and send to the court.
Fighting a ticket successfully can get complicated and overwhelming when you’re unsupported. Especially if you have a commercial driver’s license. This is why the GETDISMISSED system is the preferred option for many truck drivers and other people who don’t actually have the time to spend in court or the money to spend on hourly attorney fees.
It can also cost quite a bit of money upfront as well: not just for fines themselves (which typically range around $100-$700), but this can be significantly more because of any court fees or lawyer fees. Additionally, adding points for a CDL Driver ticket in California will likely significantly increase your auto insurance rates too. Of course, if you take time off from work to handle this issue, you could be looking at an additional loss of income as well! Get the full rundown on the cost of a speeding ticket as an idea of what your ticket may cost.
These fees, fines, and premium increases can skyrocket this amount into the thousands of dollars very easily and put many people in serious financial trouble for simply getting pulled over for not following the speed limit. With all of these expenses associated with a speeding violation, we strongly recommend that you NEVER JUST PAY A COMMERCIAL DRIVER TICKET!
