How Does Our Pricing Work?
As the original California traffic ticket dismissal service, we have helped hundreds of thousands of drivers fight their tickets. Over the last 20 years we have maintained our pricing despite the rise of prices around us in the industry due to inflation. We offer two separate types of services that include a one-off ticket dismissal, and an annual ticket protection plan that covers our services fee for drivers who get a ticket in the future. We also offer the protection plan for our customers that receive a ticket at a bundled cost that saves them $30 per year. Learn more below.
One-Time Ticket Dismissal

California offers a Trial by Written Declaration to all drivers! It’s even an option on the back of every traffic ticket. Our system is designed to take advantage of this and build a defense that you can sign and mail to the court to fight your traffic ticket without ever having to go to the court. It’s that simple.

Additional Ticket Options
Expediting Services Available
We understand that in certain circumstances that time may be of utmost importance. Our normal processing time for your completed defense package may be up to 8 days. However, if your court date is coming up before then, we will want to expedite the process to ensure that you receive the it before that time.
We offer the following expedited timeline for services:
- STANDARD – 8 or more days – No Charge
- EXPRESS – 4 to 7 days – $15
- RUSH – Same day to 3 days – $25

What Do You Need to Do?
All you need to do is take a picture of your traffic ticket and driver’s license. You can use your phone or scanner. Then tell us a little more about your circumstances by answering a few specific questions in our system. This will take less than 5 minutes. Our system knows exactly how to build a solid defense based on how you answer our questions. When your defense is ready, we will notify you to print, sign, and send your documents to the court to fight your traffic ticket. That’s all. We make it simple.
